out of balance....


eye think that eye am very out of balance....  nutritionally....  and eye think that most of you are as well....

we love to demonize things....  stay away from gluten....  stay away from carbohydrates....  they cause your blood sugar to spike....  stay away from meats....  they cause acidity....  stay away from nightshades....  stay away from oxalates....  stay away from cruciferous vegetables....  they negatively affect the thyroid....  become vegan....  become ketogenic....  eat a lot of high antioxidant foods....  like acaii....  a food that the body has never seen before in our history....  stay away from purines.... they cause gout....  stay away from fructose....  it causes the body to produce too much uric acid....  stay away from nuts....  they have too much omega six....  

eye think that the biggest demon today....  is wheat....  either....  because it has gluten....  or....  because it causes your blood sugar to rise....  but.... 

did you know....  wheat....  has vitamin e....  a nutrient that is very difficult to get the usrda of in our diet....  it is a different form of vitamin e....  tocotrienols....  a form that does not seem to be recognized....  when people state the amount of nutrients in food.... at least that is what it seems like to me....  did you know....  it is nearly impossible to get the usrda of vitamin e from food....  the two foods that eye have found highest in vitamin e....  are almonds and sunflower seeds....  both with about seven grams per ounce....  the usrda of vitamin e is fifteen grams....  yep....  fifteen grams....  which means you would have to consume two ounces of sunflower seeds or almonds per day....  in order to achieve the usrda....  this is over three hundred calories per day in nuts or seeds....  most foods have two or less grams of vitamin e per serving....  so....  you would have to consume much more....  if you decide not to get your vitamin e from almonds or sunflower seeds....  for example....  avocados are high....  they have nearly three grams per avocado....  so....  you would have to eat five avocados a day....  in order to get your required vitamin e from avocados....  which would mean....  consuming fifteen hundred calories of avocados per day....

so....  if we are not taking a multivitamin....  we are consuming far less than the usrda of vitamin e per day....  so....  we are either....  getting our vitamin e....  from another source....  one unrecognized....  one unreported....  like....  perhaps the vitamin e in wheat....  or....  the usrda is wrong....  or....  we are all walking around undernurished....  how are we surviving....  

and guess what....  wheat is a great source for ferulic acid....  beta-sitosterol....  and lignins....  all of which have been shown to have beneficial properties in the body....  so....  when we cut out wheat....  when we cut out grains....  are we cutting out the good WITH the bad....
