capsaicin....

so....  today....  someone gave me a hint....  take a look at capsaicin....  so eye did....  tonight....  and here is what eye have found so far....

the big news....  is that capsaicin might kill cancer cells....  causing apoptosis....  at least it does so in vitro.... (1)   so....  in a test tube....  or a petri dish....  or some other environment....  outside the body....  cancer causes apaptosis....  but nobody knows if it will do the same in the body....

here is my thinking....  my cancer is in my stomach....  at least some of it is....  the carcinoid tumors are in my stomach....  my thinking is....  if eye eat a lot of capsaicin....  will it not be like putting it in a petri dish....  will it not be like my stomach is one giant petri dish....  and eye will be putting the capsaicin into that petri dish....  this is my thinking....

but eye need to give this some thought....  because the same article that points out that capsaicin might cause apoptosis in cancer cells....  also points out that the science is ambiguous....  some research....  says that capsaicin causes cancer....  and some research....  says that capsaicin kills cancer....  so....  it is confusing....  it is all confusing.....  eye am leaning toward eating a lot of capsaicin....  but eye need to give it a while for the thought to perculate a bit....

it also seem like capsaicin has anti-inflammatory properties....  and....  its anti-inflammatory properties seem to be comparable to diclofenac....  a prescription drug for inflammation....  (2)

eye just found another reason to take capsaicin....  with all of the antimicrobials that eye am taking....  eye still have high levels of candida....  eye just got my bloodwork back last night....  and eye still have very high levels of d-arabinitol in my system....  a substance produced by candida....  and guess what...  research shows that capsaicin greatly reduces levels of candida....  it greatly reduces the biofilm....  by nearly seventy to ninety percent.... (3)  eye think that the biofilm is what protects candida from antimicrobials....  so destroying the biofilm is a good thing....

eye ran into the guy who recommended capsaicin....  he actually recommended eye get a specific kind of salsa....  so....  eye bought some today....  and....  eye am pretty sure that it is loaded with capsaicin....  because it is hot....  eye am eating it with celery....  instead of chips....  because of my diabetes....  and my candida....  perhaps....  candida is causing the blood sugar spikes....  somehow....

man....  that is good stuff....  that salsa is good stuff....  eye have eaten half of the jar....  by the spoonful....  literally....  the spoonful....  it is called....  need more salsa....  can eye say that....  can eye say the product name in my book....  eye hope so....  it has jalapeno peppers....  pablano peppers....  serrano peppers....  and habanero peppers....  so eye am sure....  that it is loaded with capsaicin....  it also has garlic....  and cilantro....  the garlic will also help with the candida....  and the cilantro will help kick up toxins....  so that eye can get them out of my body....  this is good shit....  and eye am sure that it is good for me in a variety of ways....  so....  eye think that eye am going to buy some more jars tomorrow....  and eat a half a jar a day....
