eye will DEFUND the judge....

the judge is the problem....  not the police....

the judge is the reason....  our prisons are filled with blacks....  

the judge has way TOO much discretion....  they can put someone in jail for years....  OR....  give them a slap on the wrist....  for the SAME crime....  if they are white....  if daddy is rich....  they get a slap on the wrist....  if they are black....  if daddy is already in jail....  they get jail time....  the system is fucked up....  the judge has way TOO much power....

by now....  you can tell....  that judges are human....  that judges have political biases....  if you are an illegal immigrant....  your treatment will be polar opposites....  if you come in front of a conservative judge....  you WILL be sent home....  if you come before a liberal judge....  you will become a citizen of the united states....  the judicial system is totally fucked up....  they SAY that they are enforcing the law....  but....  if that is the case....  how do two people get extremely opposite rulings....  for the same crime....  how does one person become a citizen....  and....  another person get sent home....

eye will create very simple rules....

the very first rule will be treble damages....  if you steal one hundred dollars....  you pay the victim three hundred dollars....  eye do not care if you are white or black or brown or yellow....  you ALL pay the same....  you all get the same treatment....  for the same crime....

and....  you will be treated the same....  whether....  this is your first crime....  or....  you eighth crime....  every time you serve your sentence....  you record will be expunged....  you will have no record....  your debt to society will be considered paid....  you will be cleansed....  the reason eye can do this....  is because....  the law will be fair....  the law will change you....  the law will make you better....

for example....  you rob an old man...  and....  after.... he gives you all his money....  all one hundred dollars he has....  you beat the fuck out of him....  just for the fun of it....  just because you can....  in this case....  these are two separate crimes....  you owe three hundred dollars....  no more....  however....  because you beat him in the process....  because you beat him....  for the fun of it....  eye WILL put you in the ring....  with a professional boxer....  and....  eye will let him go....  gloves off....  to put you in the hospital....  you broke the old mans bones....  you will end up with several broken bones....  you WILL pay the price for your actions....  and....  after you have recovered....  after you have paid your debt....  eye will consider your debt to society paid....  you WILL have no record....  eye BELIEVE that....  you will NEVER beat an old man....  for the fun of it....  ever again....

and....  rather than two parties in a divorce hiring attorneys and going in front of a judge....  you will get a mediator....  who will help you come to a fair divorce....  and....  there WILL be a system....  taking away much of the mediators discretion....
