collaboration....

in my world....  there is a lot more collaboration....  the people in charge....  the professionals....  actually work WITH the people they serve....  

a doctor....  works with a patient....  a doctor....  collaborates with a patient....  because....  if they do not....  they will be penalized....  they will be given a job....  where collaboration is not important....  like....  pulling weeds....  or shoveling shit....  and....  if they actually collaborate with a patient....  even if collaboration eliminates thier job....  they are rewarded....  if you work your way out of a job....  if you eliminate the need for your job....  you are given a better job....  the better you are at collaboration....  the higher you climb in my world....  the worse you are a collaboration....  the farther you fall....  no matter how much expertise you have....  in my world....  how you treat people....  is far more valuable....  than how much knowledge you have....  in my world....  creativity and collaboration are highly valued....
