managing movement....

rather than having cities compete for growth....  movement should be managed at the upper levels....  movement between countries....  should be managed at a global level....  movement between states....  should be managed at the country level....  movement between between cities should be managed at the state level....

there are SO many advantages to managing the global system this way....

one of the main advantages....  is in protecting the environment....  when one city declines....  and....  another city grows....  at the detriment of other cities....  the environmental impact IS significant....

just look at detroit....  detroit is the perfect example....  of what happens....  when one city declines....  dramatically....  when a million people leave a city over twenty or thirty or fifty years....  what you end up with....  is blight....  destruction....  BEFORE destruction should take place....  you have significant waste....

how do you manage this....  when....  business leaves a city....  when weather chases people away from a city....  there are ways to manage this....

first of all....  you need to trust mother nature....  mother nature has a long-term plan....  to make weather more moderate around the globe....  to make it so that people enjoy the weather EVERYWHERE....  people will travel to snow....  snow will NOT travel to them....

second of all....  with a diversified federal reserve system....  you can ENCOURAGE businesses to set up shop....  in cities that are in decline....  look for the chapter on the diversified federal reserve system for more on this....

you CAN eliminate the reasons people move....  you CAN manage movement on a global scale....

have no fear....  brian is here....  this does not mean that people cannot travel....  you CAN have movement....  without significant growth and decline....  you CAN have movement....  without all of the pain.....
