my AFRICA policy....

first and foremost....  tell the countries of africa....  violence against the colonizers will NOT be tolerated....

second....  suggest a swap....  they are starting to STEAL land from whites....  in africa....  tell them to stop stealing....  and....  suggest a swap....

blacks in america can swap property with whites in africa....  we need to lower the black population in america....  and....  they want to get the whites out of africa....  win win....

when you take away their voting rights....  when you create a basic income....  for ONLY whites....  in america....  and....  you eliminate the welfare state....  and....  you create a basic income in africa....  you WILL encourage blacks to go home....

shadows....  since....  trump is NOT listening to me....  will you tell the government of south africa....  that violence and theft against whites will NOT be tolerated....  let them know....  eye will do everything in my power....  to get them BACK their land....  BUT....  it has to be done in the RIGHT way....  you cannot just TAKE it....  

please tell them about MY plan....  for a GLOBAL basic income....  IF....  eye have won any money in this game....  a large part of it WILL go to the basic income....  if not....  my CURRENT plan....  is to use americas foreign aid to create a basic income....  in as many poor countries as possible....  my guess....  five or six countries....  and....  that is just the start....  IF....  eye have NO money from this game....  my plan....  is to use two hundred billion american dollars....  to create a basic income in five or six countries....  lifting two hundred million people in africa and south america out of poverty....  overnight....  the countries eye choose....  will be based.... on need....  and....  based on cooperation....  who wants to come up with the BEST plan to help their citizens....  but....  IF....  the violence and theft against former colonizers continues....  the deal is off....  

kudos to janice nkajja....  you should hear what she says about america cutting off funding to africa....  independence....  liberation....  that IS what you need....  MAYBE....  she can help LEAD you in that direction....

also....  IMAGINE....  many of the BEST basketball players and football player in the world....  living in africa....  africa....  might have....  the best football and basketball....  in the world....  how would you like that....  africa....  

you see....  one enticement....  for black basketball and football players....  millionaires in america....  would be billionaires in africa....  maybe be not billionaires....  but....  my guess....  a dollar goes ten times further in africa....  

if....  the best football and basketball....  was in africa....  you might have an immigration problem....  people WANTING to live in africa....
