connections....

we need to make connections in this world....  we need to break things apart....  and then put them back together....  in a better form....  in a better structure....

the food industry....  somehow....  needs to be connected to the health care industry....  the food industry....  is creating so so so much damage to our health....  it is operating in a vacuum....  and....  it is only concerned with more sales....  making people buy more....  which....  equates....  with people eating more....  and....  it has learned....  when you break things apart....  like wheat....  into endosperm and germ and bran....  that you can charge more....  you can make more money....  when you convince people....  that the endosperm is bad....  that you need to take out the endosperm....  the gluten....  and only consume the germ and the bran....  they make more money....  AND....  we become less healthy....  somehow....  we need to connect the food manufacturers to our health....  to give them competing goals....  competing influences....

it is ok for suppliers to be connected to manufacturers....  japan has shown us this....  with the keiretsu....  they have shown us....  connections....  loose connections....  are a good thing....  and....  america....  has shown us....  that ownership is a bad thing....  when a manufacturer owns a supplier....  they can abuse it....  they can use it....  to create competitive advantages....  unfair advantages....  in the world of competition....

nothing is perfect....  no system is perfect....  a system must continually evolve....  so....  the process of breaking and rebuilding....  should be a continual process....
