make cities pay....

if you want to see no more crime in your lifetime....  the first step....  is to make cities pay....   if a crime occurs in a city....  you make the city reimburse the victims....  you make them compensate the victims....  and....  in this system....  if a city does not control the crime within thier city....  they will go bankrupt....  fairly quickly....  if you make cities compensate victims....  you will actually see politicians CARE about crime....  care about controlling crime....  

eye know that eye love to bitch about the democrats....  and....  once again.... they are the ones at fault here....  they are the ones who do not care about thier citizens....  they are the ones who do not control crime in thier cities....

however....  there is another problem with regard to crime....  and....  for once eye am going to rag on the republicans....  the republicans to not care about the criminal....  and....  they need to care about the criminal....  that will be the subject of another chapter....  probably called something like....  caring for the criminal....  or....  walking in their shoes....  or....  recidivism....  or...  or....  or....  sorry....  finding the name for this chapter is eluding me at the moment....
