it SOUNDS like a good idea....

it IS not....  

sending prisoners to a work camp....  working for the state....  at growlers conservation camp....  to work off part of their sentence....  sure....  sounds like a great idea....  it is not....  might as well call it....  growlers concentration camp....

the state is JUST as greedy as a non-profit....  they WILL want more and more and more prisoners....  if they CAN benefit....  from their imprisonment....  this IS a terrible idea....

what is better....  allowing prisoners to work for certain companies....  while confined....  making money....  to pay back the victims....  OR....  victims families....  AND....  you need to find a way....  to make BOTH the prisoner AND the victims....  WHOLE....  remuneration....  compensation....  for their pain....  for their suffering....  for their loss....
