look....  it is going to be simple....  real simple....  if you want to live in this world....  you have to give up a percentage of your income....  the same percentage....  there will be NO loopholes....  everyone will pay the same percentage of their income....  if you want to exploit this world....  you have gotta pay the tax....  

and....  everyone gets a foundation....  as a citizen of this world....  everyone will get a foundation....  a starting point....  whoops....  this sentence belongs under basic income....
