the TIKTOK conundrom....

what to do....  what to do....

you CANNOT let the ccp control an app that aggregates our data....  so....  congress is right....  the supreme court is right....

however....  what about all of those americans who have started businesses dependent on tiktok....

so....  trump is right....  for trying to save it....

however....  a fifty fifty partnership....  we KNOW that the ccp is still going to have control....  we KNOW that the ccp is still going to aggregate our data....

so....  fifty one percent for the us partner....  and....  forty nine percent for the ccp....  that WOULD work for america....  but....  that would NOT work for the ccp....

so....  here is MY suggestion....  here is what eye would do....  

eye would tell tiktok....  break your company in two....  one....  a ccp company....  the other....  an american company....  you CAN sell the us company to an american company....  and....  keep the chinese tiktok....  for yourself....  AND....  you CAN receive royalties....  you can LICENSE your technology....  to the american company....

in this situation....  it is MY way....  or....  the highway....  you can receive royalties for your technology in the united states....  OR....  eye WILL fund an american company....  to mimic your technology....  the ccp has STOLEN so much intellectual property rights from american companies....  eye will have NO shame over reverse engineering your product....  and....  giving it to an american company....  

so....  your choice....  is....  to break apart your company and sell the american company....  and....  then....  license your technology to that american company....  OR....  receive NOTHING for your technology....  

eye will NOT negotiate with you....  those ARE my terms....  those ARE my options for you....

AND....  ALL....  other ccp companies....  should start to move in this SAME direction....  eye will NOT let you operate your companies in the united states anymore....

AND....  eye will NOT let you own american assets....  start divesting now....  start selling your american operations....  NOW....  

eye WILL be in charge soon enough....  AND....  eye MIGHT change my mind....  eye MIGHT decide to reverse engineer all of your technology....  and....  create american companies with YOUR technology....  AND....  you WILL get NOTHING....

one thing is for sure....  you will NOT operate your companies in the american market....  AND....  you will NOT own american assets....
