no more rules....

no more rules....  please....  eye thought that ten was good....  ten commandments....  eye would have been good with that....  

but no....  america is certainly not good with that....  we are a nation of laws....  and....  we have gone rule crazy in this country....  we have gotta rule for this....  we have gotta rule for that.... we have got a rule for nearly everything....  how to eat....  how to shit....  where to eat....  where to sit....

some estimate....  that congress alone....  has enacted thirty thousand statutes since its inception in seventeen eighty nine....  and....  if that is not enough....  the average state has one hundred and thirty five thousand regulatory restrictions....  and....  not to be outdone by any other state....  california has nearly four hundred thousand regulatory restrictions.... and....  if that is not enough....  throw on top of the federal and state regulations....  all of the city and county regulations....  unfortunately....  eye cannot find the average number of city and county regulations....  but eye am certain that there are a lot....  just think of all of the building codes alone....

someone needs to do something about this.... 

first of all....  you need to eliminate the rewards for creating laws....  in this country....  politiians are rewarded for creating laws....  think about all of the legislators that say....  eye wrote this law....  or that law....  think about the brownie points a legislator gets for writing laws....  eye mean....  which actually call them legislators....  creators of laws....  but....  where is the reward....  for eliminating a law.... where is the reward that keeps everyone in check....  where is the reward that keeps everything in check....  the reward for eliminating laws....  that keeps us from having over one hundred thousand laws to live under....  one hundred thousand laws to abide by.....  one hundred thousand laws to ATTEMPT to enforce....

look at the chapter on encouragement....  where eye touch on the subject of the envirnment....  eye show you that there are ways to eliminate significant chunchs of laws....  there are ways to eliminate the NEED for significant chunks of laws....  for example....  if the law makers changed their way of thinking....  they could eliminate the need for most of the building codes....  related to the environment....  eliminating the need for someone to make the codes....  and....  eliminating the need for someone to enforce the codes....  and....  best of all....  stopping the fight....  between business folks....  and regulatory folks....  eye love ending the ways that people fight in the world....  which is the complete opposite approach of the people who currently run things in this world....  a psychopath likes to get their underlings to fight....  it gives them power....  what does this say about your leaders....  are they psychopaths....  power hungry psychopaths....
