IF....  he is NOT guilty of crimes of humanity....  eye will offer to pay him....  to help me fix his country....  and....  then....  walk away....  go away....  a very very rich man....  not...  a leader....  but...  rich....  if he protects his citizens....  as eye roll out MY plan....  he will work off his crimes....  if eye give every one of his citizens....  an apple iphone....  and....  he protects them....  enforces a law to protect peoples cell phones....  he will serve a lesser sentence....  IF....  he has hurt millions of people....  the ONLY way to fix that....  is to HELP millions of people....  otherwise....  he will be paying for his crimes....  for millions of lifetimes....
