mediators....

in my world....  in paradise....  our leaders are mediators....  you do not reach the top....  because you are ruthless cunning cold and mean....  you reach the top....  because you know how to compromise....  how to find the middle....  between two opposing parties.... 

in my world....  we play a game....  its called compromise solution....  it makes you a better leader....  a better mediator....  you gain qualities....  like honesty....  credibility....  listening skills....  and of course....  you are very good a compromising....  so that you can reach a solution....  a solution that a supermajority will accept....  not a simple majority....  what kind of world is it....  what kind of nation is it....  when fifty percent of the population loves what you are doing....  and the other fifty percent of the population hates what you are doing....  with a passion....
