eye am going to offer him....  the first licenses....  to sell....  cocaine....  to sell....  oxicodone....  to sell....  mushrooms....  legally....  safely....  fairly....  maybe....  eye will give him a grace period....  before....  opening the doors....  to other legal safe honest fair....  medicinal drug companies....  as far as eye am concerned....  ALL....  of these medicinal compounds....  have beneficial qualities....  EVERYTHING....  has good and bad....  EVERYTHING....  is like the yin and yang....  even meth....  has a seed of goodness....  in it....  do NOT worry....  eye will NOT legalize meth....  until.... we figure out how to manage it....  until....  we find that one golden nugget it is hiding from us....
