build out INSTEAD of up....

here are the benefits....

closer to nature....  negative ions are critical to our health.... the more we build up.... the more we pack our selves in tight little cities....  little.... in terms of land mass....  large....  in terms of height....  the more we do this....  the more we try to force ourselves in cities....  in the name of quote unquote saving the environment....  the more we kill ourselves....  the harder we make life on ourselves....

we need to be in touch with nature....  we need to be surrounded by nature....  our health is the first and greatest benefit of building out....

the second significant benefit....  is lower property values....  lower housing costs....  thoughout the years.... we have become more and more productive....  so....  our quality of living should also be improving....  but....  it is not....  it is declining....  housing costs have remained around forty percent of our income....  and....  we live in smaller and smaller homes....  we used to have yards....  now....  we have no yards....  

IMAGINE....  not the john lennon kind of imagine....  my kinda imagine....  imagine....  housing costs dropping to twenty percent of our income....  while maintaining the same amount of square footage....  our lives would be tremendously better....  this is what would happen.....  if we build out....  instead....  of up....  

imagine....  city councils....  that worked....  to reduce traffic....  rather than make it fucking horrendous....  by design....  because they want to FORCE us to get rid of our vehicles....  imagine....  how nice your life would be....  if you only had a fifteen minute commute....  rather than three hours....  if you were not stuck in bumper to bumper traffic all day....  that is the kinda world eye want to give you....  that is the kinda world eye am selling....  

oh....  and....  do not worry about the environment....  eye will give you a FAR cleaner world then the fucking democrats have given you....  with all their totally fucked up policies....  with all their TAKING our rights....  our needs....  our desires....  our wants....  there will be none of that with me....  or....  at least....  far far far less....  and....  the environment WILL be cleaner....  than the one they are giving you....  eye will get rid of mercury in the ocean....  eye will allow you to eat wild caught fish....  healthy fish....  that live a nice life....  before they die....  rather than being couped up in cages....
