the MERCURY tax....

at the moment....  eye believe that a mercury tax is the MOST important tax that we need to add to the system....

eye THINK that mercury in the environment is the MOST significant environmental problem of the day....  

it used to be safely buried in the ground....  where it could....  do NO harm....  

but....  primarily....  through mining and burning coal....  we have released significant amounts of mercury into our environment....  and....  it has gotten everywhere....  

it is in our air....  it gets in our lungs....  it is in our water....  it gets in our fish....  it gets in our bodies....  it gets in our brains....

it MIGHT just be....  the cause of autism....  that is MY theory....  trump says that it is tylenol....  and....  eye ask....  how did tylenol piss trump off....  how did they make his enemies list....  did they donate too much to the democrats in the last election....  are they too woke....

you see....  with my theory....  eye am NOT going after one specific company....  you might think that eye am going after the coal industry....  but....  eye have NO reason to....  eye think that they do a lot of damage....  but.... so does everybody else....  

and....  burning coal is the primary source of aluminum in the atmosphere....  but....  there are many others....  including....  gold-mining....  cement production....  metal smelting....  waste incineration....  and....  others....

so....  this policy is indiscriminate....  it identifies a toxin....  it identifies a problem....  and....  it taxes EVERYONE that releases that toxin in the atmoshere....  

and....  the tax is set....  based on the cost....  of fixing the externality....  the cost of cleaning up the toxin....  the cost of research on the effects of that toxin....  and....  the cost of healing any health issues caused by that toxin....  and....  nothing more....  

now....  unlike other leaders....  eye will NOT call myself a politician....  eye am a leader....  so.... 

unlike other leaders....  eye would be disciplined....  eye would ONLY use the tax....  to fix the externalities created by mercury....

eye would use the tax....  to clean up the mercury....  in the air....  in the water....  in our bodies....

my THEORY is that....  mercury causes autism....

eye would use the tax....  to pay for research....  to develop processes to clean mercury....  out of the air....  out of the water....  out of our bodies....

eye would use the tax....  to pay for research....  on how....  mercury affects our health....  

eye would use the tax..... to pay for development of a supplement that pulls mercury out of the body....  eye believe that mother nature has provided us with everything that we need....  to develop supplements that pull mercury out of the ocean and our bodies....
